Disneyland was pretty packed as usual and we had to wait in some long lines, but it was fun nevertheless. California Adventures was not quite as crowded the next day. My mom was able to enjoy the theme parks from a whole new perspective by going with the kids. Most of the rides we went on were ones that she had not been on before. The kids loved having her with us. They kept a strict schedule of who got to ride with Grandma next.
One of the kids favorite rides in California was not at the theme parks. OH NO! It was at my mom's local TARGET. It had a parking garage on the main level so we got to ride on escalators up and down. Go Figure! Target was free to go to!!!
Since we have been back, Sylvia has contracted some sort of sickness that mainly consists of a very high fever (103-106). She is now on an antibiotic and is battling a horrible cough along with a low grade fever.
We were also able to have a picnic up in the red cliffs and do some hiking. We went to visit Amy's family and did some clay pigeon shooting with shot guns, and even did some much needed yard work.
Well, we have had a great week. The vacation ends tomorrow. We are sure looking forward to the end of MAY!

That looks like so much fun! I can't believe how old your girls are starting to look. Very cute haircuts on the girls all around!
So cute! Treyson looks so grown up, I've missed him this week!!!
The kids are sure cute, and Treson is adorable! He's the cutest baby boy, I swear! I have always said that. You mom looks great, Kris. What happens the end of May? Don't forget about Jon's wedding. :)
